Rein.Hart Q&A

Rein.Hart, you’re gearing up to shake up the German rave scene. For those who don’t know you yet – who is Rein.Hart?

Rein.Hart: Rein.Hart is more than just a name – it’s a feeling, a rush, a discipline! I’m the guy bringing German precision to the dancefloor, making sure the bass hits as hard as a bratwurst on the grill. Rave, chaos, and a wink – that’s my recipe.

Your track “Ohne Disziplin, kein Drop” (“No Discipline, No Drop”) is already gaining attention and might soon go viral. What’s the idea behind the title?

Rein.Hart: It’s a statement! A lot of people think rave is just chaos and partying, but without structure, there’s no climax. Just like in Germany: everything runs in neat order – until the bass hits and ecstasy takes over. It’s satirical, but also a bit psycho – just like me.

Your music blends rave, ‘90s dance, and modern sounds. How do you find your creative approach?

Rein.Hart: I see myself as a time traveler in neon light. I take the energy of the ‘90s – Scooter, Blümchen, techno classics – and fuse it with today’s punch and precision. It’s dance, pop, and punk all at once. My goal is to make people sweat – and laugh.

You deliberately play with German clichés. How important is that to you?

Rein.Hart: That’s my signature! Lederhosen, discipline, bratwurst, autobahn – I take the stereotypes, exaggerate them, and throw them under neon light. It’s about celebrating Germany in an ironic way. There’s always a wink – I don’t take myself too seriously. And definitely not politically. Although some current events do tempt me to satirically exaggerate how absurd some people are in the way they “celebrate” Germany right now.

What can we expect when Rein.Hart hits the stage?

Rein.Hart: Chaos, sweat, and ecstasy. That’s all I can say – you’ll have to experience it live. But one thing’s for sure: you’ll never dance the same again.

What inspires you outside of music?

Rein.Hart: The madness of everyday life. An overcrowded beer garden, a German road sign, or the sound of a power drill – inspiration is everywhere. And of course, the ‘90s in general – I lived through them myself. It’s all about turning the ordinary into something extraordinary.

Where do you see Rein.Hart in five years?

Rein.Hart: On top of the neon Olympus, with thousands of sweaty ravers shouting “No Discipline, No Drop!” And maybe there’ll be a Rein.Hart bratwurst line by then – who knows?

To wrap it up: what message do you want to give to your fans?

Rein.Hart: Don’t make plans – turn up the bass. Sweat is freedom, and rave is duty. Ready, set, dance!

Thanks! We’re looking forward to seeing you live soon!

Rein.Hart: Thank you – and don’t forget: No Discipline, No Drop!
